1. What AirBee Deck is

AirBee Deck is a remote control application that lets you use your phone as a mouse, keyboard and trackpad for your computer, TV and Apple TV, either over your local network or through a secure relay.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use AirBee Deck in accordance with these terms and the app store terms where you obtained it. You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or distribute the software unless permitted by law.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your account and devices secure, for how you use the software on machines you control, and for complying with applicable laws. You agree not to use AirBee Deck to access systems you are not authorised to control.

4. Paid plans, purchases and billing

AirBee Deck offers a free local mode and paid Pro plans, including subscription plans and a one-time lifetime purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically through the app store until cancelled. The lifetime purchase is a one-time charge and does not auto-renew. All prices are set by us and billed through Apple or Google.

5. Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel a subscription at any time in your app store account; you keep access until the end of the current period. Refunds are handled by the app store where the purchase was made, in line with its applicable refund policy.

6. Availability and changes

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may update features, plans or pricing from time to time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim (or CNY 100 if you paid nothing).

7. Additional terms for app stores

Apple and Google are not parties to this agreement and have no obligation to provide maintenance or support for AirBee Deck. Any dispute is between you and us; Apple and Google are not liable for it.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time and will note changes with a new "last updated" date.

1. 飞蜂控制台是什么

飞蜂控制台是一款远程控制应用，让你把手机用作电脑、电视和 Apple TV 的鼠标、键盘和触控板，可通过局域网直连或安全中继连接。

2. 许可

我们授予你个人、非独占、不可转让的许可，使你得以依据本条款及获取应用的商店条款使用飞蜂控制台。除非法律允许，否则不得对软件进行反向工程、转售或分发。

3. 你的责任

你负责保护自己的账号与设备安全，负责在你控制的设备上如何使用本软件，并遵守适用法律。你同意不利用飞蜂控制台访问未经授权控制的系统。

4. 付费方案、购买与计费

飞蜂控制台提供免费的局域网模式与付费 Pro 方案，包括订阅和一次性终身买断。订阅在取消前将自动续费。终身买断为一次性收费，不会自动续费。所有价格由我们设定，并通过 Apple 或 Google 计费。

5. 取消与退款

你可随时在应用商店账号中取消订阅，并在当前周期结束前继续使用。退款由发生购买的商店按其适用的退款政策处理。

6. 可用性与变更

本服务按"现状"和"可用时"提供。我们可能不时更新功能、方案或价格。在法律允许的最大范围内，我们因本服务产生的总责任以索赔前 12 个月内你所支付的金额为限（若未付费则为人民币 100 元）。

7. 应用商店附加条款

Apple 和 Google 不是本协议的当事方，无义务为飞蜂控制台提供维护或支持。任何争议都在你与我们之间解决，Apple 和 Google 不承担责任。

8. 适用法律

本条款受中华人民共和国法律管辖，不考虑法律冲突规则。

9. 条款变更

我们可能不时更新本条款，并在变更时更新"最后更新"日期。
